Reading body language may save you a lot of wasted time and heartache if you think you have a cheating spouse. You know your spouses behavior better than anyone. You should be able to detect changes in behavior by reading his body language with just a little study time and practice.

Today we are going to focus on the eyes. I know you have seen the poker players on TV. Most of them always have on sunglasses. Its important when reading body language to know how you spouse normally acts in different situations. Now on to the eyes.

If the pupils in the eyes contract that is showing coldness and you are not welcome. Your partner does not want to talk about whatever you just brought up.

We have all heard that if the other person cannot make eye contact with you they are trying to hide something from you or just plain lying to you.

If I am trying to read your body language and you stare at me for lengths this is not a good sign either. In a normal conversation we look away from time to time. Staring shows hostility especially in couples that are having problems.

Occasionally we may stare because we are lost in our own world. We all do this from time to time.

If you surprise or shock your spouse with some sudden news this can cause the hostility stare also. Obviously if you make a sudden statement about his whereabouts last night for example you may receive the stare treatment.

In order to read body language sometimes you have to start a conversation that may be a little tricky. You may not want to let them to know you are on to them yet so be careful. Normally if you are observant their will be enough going on during the course of the day that you will able to get a reading on them.

There are two other signs when trying to read body language,specifically about reading the eyes. The first is lowering eyes during the conversation and the second is rubbing the eyes. Both can mean they are hiding something or are feeling guilty about something.
